Second Sunday at River’s Edge Marina
A new shady spot for plein air drawing and painting was found beside the docks…
On Sunday morning we had the great privilege, by special permission, to paint on the property of the Old Mansion. It is an historically significant building with a lush garden including ripe Papaya and Banana trees. We gathered into two loose groups of three and picked different perspectives. A tabby and grey cat kept our brushes and tools properly rubbed and set-upon. A successful morning for painting with a smooth creative mood. Thank you to each talented artist who attended. The guest list of artists included: Michael, Roger, Linda Holmes (who completed the painting shown), Jean and Scott.
