Eagle Creek Tomorrow, Weather Permitting

We’re looking at a 40% chance of thundershowers tomorrow morning at 9am, so it is likely that we will need to cancel our plein air painting session at Eagle Creek. In the event that we do need to cancel, we will post a notice in the morning as early as possible. Though we may not be able to get together, please do make time to make art at home if you can and share the results with us in an email.

Last Sunday morning we enjoyed perfect painting weather at this location with cool breezes and clear skies. In contrast to the quiet sounds of nature we enjoyed at Eagle Creek back in October, the surroundings were full of activity as planes took flight from the nearby airport and residents passed by with jogging shoes and dogs. In the morning we’ll see if the painting we started will be finished on site or from photo reference.
