While we normally aim to work outdoors for our Sunday morning drawing sessions, the weather may be rainy or foggy tomorrow morning, so we are planning to meet at Georgie’s Diner at 100 Malaga Street at 9am. If it turns out that the weather is nice, we can decide as a group to head from there to an outdoor location. If it’s cold or rainy, we can choose to stay at the diner to draw the interior or one another.
This was a great meeting of creative minds. Food was fab too. Creative ideas and action plans were rolling in a good direction with the recap of Scott’s current artshow at Jackson’s Garage at West King, gelling of design details for the Celtic Poster-deadline February 1st, and a future collaborative art-show for First Friday in April. We opted to catch-up on current art events instead of getting out and painting this morning. Michael will be posting our meeting places for the next several Sunday morning painting sessions. Some of our participants have crazy deadlines and many demands so having a schedule of events that covers a few weeks out will be helpful.
